I have been painting since my college days, when I realized I was not a potter. My work has changed over time and I am now working with mixed media. This change happened after working in the same studio with a traditional quilter—I found I really liked the process of cutting and sewing, although I was not as comfortable with the traditio
I have been painting since my college days, when I realized I was not a potter. My work has changed over time and I am now working with mixed media. This change happened after working in the same studio with a traditional quilter—I found I really liked the process of cutting and sewing, although I was not as comfortable with the traditional part. So I started cutting up my paintings and sewing them back together!

I am working in several medians, I start with with oil but living in a small place in Australia it was to difficult so I started working in Acrylics. I then started cutting up my work and sewing it back together adding fabrics beads and bones and what ever else I wanted.

I have worked with landscapes wherever I am. The world is made up of amazing colors, and textures. I have also always mixed this with social issues from my early days in politics to now social justice and climate distruction
